Panelists

The state of the war and related duties will determine which of the panelists will attend. But, hopefully, you will be able to hear from all of them.

Anatolii Miroshnychenko is the 1st Deputy Head at the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography, and Cadastre. He is the former vice-dean, department head, professor at the Taras Shevchenko National University, and a High Council of Justice member. Anatolii is an author and a leading land law expert in Ukraine. He currently serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Lina Dotsenko, Ph.D., is CEO and co-founder of BRIDGES, a Ukraine-based NGO (established in 2008) that provides agricultural consulting and technical support to Ukrainian agricultural companies and policymakers in cooperation with the leading US institutions.

Vlad Konovalchuk, Ph.D. is Head of Research and Consulting at BRIDGES. Vlad holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from The Pennsylvania State University, USA. BRIDGES is working with farmers and agricultural companies, organizing highly tailored agribusiness tours to the US and other countries, providing support on agronomy, feeding rations, veterinary, and other issues 

Alexey Tsukanov was the Chief of Staff of the Former Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food.  

Session Leaders

Mark Pollins is a Visiting Scholar in the Environmental and Energy Management Institute at George Washington University, leading Ukrainian climate collaborations, and former Director of the Water Enforcement Division of the US Environmental Protection Agency.

Oksana Melnyk is a Ukrainian education lawyer with experience in international development with New Markets Lab on strengthening developing nations’ governmental policies.
