Tim Jackson
Professor of Sustainable Development; Director, Centre for the Understanding of Sustainable Prosperity (CUSP), University of SurreyTim Jackson is Professor of Sustainable Development at the University of Surrey and Director of the newly awarded Centre for the Understanding of Sustainable Prosperity (CUSP). A former Economics Commissioner on the UK Sustainable Development Commission, he examines the relationships between economic growth, prosperity, and sustainable development.
Dr. Patti Bright
Senior Science Advisor, Environmental Health Mission Area, U.S. Geological SurveyDr. Patti Bright serves as Senior Science Advisor to the USGS Environmental Health Mission Area, which focuses on the interface between health and the environment — examining how interactions among people, animals, and the environment affect the risk of exposure to environmental disease agents. She also serves as USGS Chemical and Biological Threats Preparedness and Response Coordinator.
