Founding Chair, MFA in Design for Social Innovation, School of Visual Arts; President, CommonWise

Cheryl Heller is an American business strategist and designer. She is the Founding Chair of the first MFA program in Design for Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts and President of the design lab CommonWise. A winner of the AIGA Medal for her contribution to the field of design and a Rockefeller Bellagio Fellow, she is the author of The Intergalactic Design Guide: Harnessing the Universal Creative Energy of Social Design.
