She co-founded BioSystemics (biosistemica.syslab.co), which consults for private, public and civil organizations and develops the capacities to see and connect nature to social systems. She focuses not only on socio-ecological systems in the obvious relationship with the planet, but from our connection with our own nature. Melina teaches in the transdisciplinary master on sustainable living systems at the Externado University of Colombia.   

Carolina Fernández-Jansink is the founder of Cascading Sustainability. She is a regenerative business strategist and regenerative finance expert. She helps companies and their leaders realign to the way Nature works to accelerate their transition towards improved positive impact and financial performance. She has more than 15 years of experience working with Sustainable Business and Finance leaders in Europe, Latin America and North America.
