Director of Water Infrastructure, The Nature Conservancy’s North America Water Program (Moderator)Robert “Bob” Sinkler serves as Director of Water Infrastructure for The Nature Conservancy’s North America Water Program, working to incorporate natural water infrastructure into integrated water resource management at a basin-wide scale. He completed a 30-year U.S. Army career, most recently as strategic initiatives chief for the Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
William Bertera
Executive Director, Institute for Sustainable InfrastructureWilliam Bertera is Executive Director of the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. He is the former Executive Director of the Water Environment Federation, the Rebuild America Coalition, and the American Public Works Association, with additional senior leadership roles at the International City Management Association and the National Association of Counties.
Anne Lewis
Founder and Director, America’s WaterwayAnne Lewis is the founder and director of America’s Waterway, a non-profit organization advocating civic engagement and a national dialogue for the future of the Mississippi River. She created America’s Waterway to address the river’s sustainability in holistic ways — incorporating social and economic as well as environmental dimensions — with stakeholder involvement as the pivotal component.
